SUMMER PLACE JIMBARAN
DESIGN ARCHITECT
26 VILLA RESIDENCE BY TEA – INDONESIA
Summer Place Jimbaran is a 26-villa residential development conceived as a low-density, lifestyle-oriented estate in the Jimbaran area of Bali. Appointed as Design Architect, the project focused on shaping a cohesive architectural identity and masterplan that balances privacy, comfort, and tropical living.
The masterplan emphasizes controlled density and clear spatial hierarchy, allowing each villa to enjoy generous setbacks, landscaped gardens, and a calm residential atmosphere. Internal circulation is designed to be quiet and pedestrian-friendly, reinforcing a sense of exclusivity while maintaining neighborhood cohesion.
Architecturally, the villas adopt a contemporary tropical language, integrating clean forms with climate-responsive elements such as shaded terraces, open living areas, and seamless indoor–outdoor transitions. Material choices and façade articulation are conceived to be durable and timeless, aligning with Bali’s climate and long-term residential use.
As a boutique villa residence, Summer Place Jimbaran reflects an approach to residential architecture that prioritizes livability, place sensitivity, and refined simplicity, creating a comfortable and enduring home environment within one of Bali’s most established coastal districts.
