NESYA SUITES AT BUKIT SENTUL
Nesya Suites is a hospitality concept project developed in 2022 for a hillside site in Bukit Sentul. Conceived as an intimate suite-based accommodation, the project is designed to respond to Sentul’s natural contours, cooler climate, and panoramic landscape while offering a refined yet relaxed stay experience.
As Concept Architect, the design establishes a clear vision and spatial framework, organizing suites and shared facilities to maximize views, privacy, and natural ventilation. The masterplan follows the site’s topography, minimizing land disturbance and allowing architecture to sit naturally within the hillside environment.
Architecturally, Nesya Suites adopts a contemporary tropical–mountain language, combining clean modern forms with climate-responsive elements such as pitched roofs, deep overhangs, terraces, and generous openings. Indoor–outdoor transitions are emphasized to connect guests with the surrounding greenery and views, reinforcing a sense of retreat and tranquility.
As a concept-stage project, Nesya Suites represents an approach to boutique hospitality design that values site sensitivity, experiential quality, and understated elegance—positioning the development as a calm destination within the emerging leisure landscape of Bukit Sentul.
