FOUR POINT BY STARWOOD 200 ROOMS AT TANJUNG BENOA – BALI BY CHOICE PLUS, JAKARTA
Four Points by Starwood at Tanjung Benoa, Bali is a 200-room hospitality development designed to meet the standards of an international mid-scale hotel brand while responding sensitively to Bali’s coastal context. Appointed as Design Architect, the project focused on shaping the architectural concept, spatial planning, and overall design identity in alignment with brand requirements and local conditions.
The design emphasizes functional clarity and operational efficiency, organizing guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to support smooth hotel operations and a comfortable guest experience. Public spaces are conceived to be open, welcoming, and easy to navigate, reinforcing the approachable character of the Four Points brand.
Architecturally, the hotel adopts a contemporary tropical language, integrating clean modern forms with climate-responsive strategies such as shaded façades, articulated massing, and landscaped outdoor areas. The design balances international brand consistency with local sensibility, creating a hotel environment that feels both familiar to global travelers and grounded in its Balinese setting.
As a branded hotel project, Four Points by Starwood Tanjung Benoa reflects a thoughtful approach to international hospitality architecture—where brand standards, tropical climate response, and contextual design are brought together to deliver a commercially viable and place-sensitive destination.
