RONNY A RUSLI RESIDENCE AT BUKIT MUMBUL- SOUTH BALI
Ronny A. Rusli Residence is a private residential concept developed in 2022 on the hillside area of Bukit Mumbul, South Bali. Conceived as a contemporary tropical home, the project responds to its elevated setting, coastal breezes, and evolving residential context with an emphasis on comfort, privacy, and spatial clarity.
As Concept Architect, the design establishes a strong spatial framework that organizes living, private, and service areas around views, light, and ventilation. The layout prioritizes open-plan living and carefully scaled outdoor spaces—such as terraces, balconies, and gardens—to support seamless indoor–outdoor living suited to Bali’s climate.
Architecturally, the residence adopts a restrained contemporary tropical language, combining clean forms with shaded openings, deep overhangs, and natural materials. The massing is designed to sit harmoniously within the hillside context, balancing solidity and openness while maintaining a calm and timeless character.
As a concept-stage project, Ronny A. Rusli Residence reflects an approach to residential design that values site sensitivity, lifestyle-driven planning, and enduring quality—translating the client’s aspirations into a thoughtful architectural vision rooted in South Bali’s environment.
