PROPOSE GREEN VILLA ESTATE AT UNGASAN
Green Villa Estate Ungasan is a concept master plan developed in 2018 for a proposed residential villa community in Ungasan, Bali. The project envisions a low-density, environmentally responsive villa estate that integrates architecture, landscape, and infrastructure into a cohesive living environment.
The master plan prioritizes sustainable land use and spatial clarity, organizing villas along natural contours to minimize earthworks and preserve existing vegetation. Green corridors, shared open spaces, and pedestrian-friendly circulation are key elements, fostering a calm residential atmosphere while enhancing connectivity and community interaction.
Architecturally, the concept promotes a contemporary tropical residential language supported by climate-responsive strategies such as optimal orientation, natural ventilation, shaded outdoor spaces, and landscaped buffers. Villa plots are designed to balance privacy with openness, allowing seamless indoor–outdoor living while maintaining visual harmony across the estate.
As a conceptual proposal, Green Villa Estate reflects a forward-looking approach to residential development in Bali—one that emphasizes environmental sensitivity, livability, and long-term value, positioning the estate as a responsible and desirable living model within the Ungasan area.
