BALI BENOA RESORT, BENOA BAY, BALI – STAGE I : ENTRY POINT BY PT. BBR
Bali Benoa Resort – Stage I: Entry Point represents the initial and defining phase of a larger resort and waterfront development at Benoa Bay, Bali. Conceived as the primary gateway to the resort precinct, this stage establishes the project’s identity, sense of arrival, and spatial orientation for visitors.
The entry point is designed to function as both an arrival sequence and symbolic threshold, carefully choreographing movement from the public realm into the resort environment. Planning emphasizes clarity of access, vehicular and pedestrian separation, and intuitive wayfinding, ensuring a smooth transition while reinforcing security and operational efficiency.
Architecturally, the entry structures and landscape elements express a contemporary tropical character rooted in Balinese context. Shaded canopies, layered landscaping, water features, and controlled vistas are employed to create a welcoming yet ceremonial arrival experience, setting the tone for the resort beyond.
As Stage I of the Bali Benoa Resort development, the Entry Point plays a strategic role in shaping first impressions and anchoring the overall masterplan. It establishes a strong framework for subsequent phases, reflecting a commitment to place-making, identity, and cohesive resort planning within the evolving Benoa Bay area.
